Closing state psychiatric hospitals and deinstitutionalizing otherwise healthy innocent people were significant steps toward inclusion for individuals with behavioral health concerns. However, while the closings breached some barriers restricting individuals from living more independently, it also established gaps in services and unprepared communities with outcomes of prisons and hospitals for many individuals who fail to adjust and are often the most vulnerable in our communities. We are one of many agencies providing services to help individuals learn to navigate their communities and resources socially, healthily, safely, and with self-determination.

Forever Endeavor LLC provides supportive services to individuals living in the community who, without intervention, would likely experience an increase in intensity and a decrease in functioning and may require hospitalization, incarceration, or other increased levels of care to maintain health and safety.
